Stephan W. Fogleman is a 19 year veteran of the Maryland legal profession. He was raised in Crofton, Maryland and is a graduate of Anne Arundel County Public Schools and James Madison University. He lives in Baltimore City with his wife and daughter. After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994, Steve handled many civil and criminal cases while working for local law firms. During his time at another firm, Steve realized that he could handle client’s legal problems in a more cost-effective way. The Law Offices of Fogleman & Ransom was founded on the idea that good lawyers should not be available only to those with great financial resources.
Gene M. Ransom III is a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore. After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996, Gene and Steve founded the Law Offices of Fogleman & Ransom. Gene lives in Chester with his wife and two children. Gene handles collection work for several business clients, personal injury matters, estate cases and other civil matters. Gene is a past President of the Board of Commissioners for Queen Anne’s County.
